Weathered Shell Calcium is a weathered shell fossil of Kamionishi shellfish excavated from the stratum 15 to 20 million years ago in the Kuromatsu Fault in the Yakumo region of Hokkaido. Calcium SIMA powder is made by turning this weathered shellfish fossil into powder. Calcium from weathered shellfish fossils is an ideal form of inactive calcium (aragonite crystals), which allows the body to efficiently ingest calcium, which tends to be insufficient from food alone.
